Come on - admit it! Everyone has had to take that class before! You know the one... lectures that could bore the fillings out of your teeth! Here is a little story told through the eyes of one student about to be pushed over the edge. Have a taste!

PAC-539, Philosophical Approaches to Rational Organization. I wonder what that actually means. I assume the Professor does - he's being paid to teach it.

His voice goes on and on and on, "so if the theoretical postulation of an indifferent medium is expostulated, what could the negative ramifications mean when viewed positively as a means to the expression - while keeping in mind the unwanted negative side-effects of a positive attitude and reverse-less mental image projection?"

WHAT? Does anyone know what the hell he just said - or was it a question? He's not looking up. He's not continuing either. Christ, does anyone know what planet he's on?

"Roger?" Ah-ha! It was a question. I thought so. Maybe we could start a class lottery. Will the twelfth statement by Professor Boring be a question or a statement? Six points to the winner - scores to be added up at the end of the semester and prizes will be awarded!

I twist my neck around to look at the clock. 7:03 PM. Shit! Three lousy minutes. I swear it was fifteen minutes since the last time I checked. Let's see - at this rate it will feel like... ah, let's check the calculator. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Ugh! Twelve and a half hours of Central Student Time until the end of class. I'm going to be sick.

"Now as I have said many, many, many times before - I have no intention of repeating myself so if you don't get the idea, raise your hand because I have no intention of repeating myself, so raise your hand if you have a question. Any questions?"
